MIAMI, FL — January 9, 2019 —Sitel Group, one of the largest customer experience management companies in the world, announced today that Martin Wilkinson-Brown has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer.
Martin was most recently the Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications and will continue leading the team in his new role. Since joining Sitel Group more than 17 years ago, he has held numerous roles within the company and his skills and expertise span an array of areas including Operations, Learning & Development and more. Under his lead, the company has been recognized by multiple industry leaders and organizations including being named a Leader by Everest Group in the Contact Center Outsourcing (CCO) – Service Provider Landscape with Services PEAK Matrix™ Assessment 2018 and the IAOP 2018 Global Outsourcing 100 List.

In his new role, Martin leads the Global Marketing and Communications teams and drives global marketing strategies to enhance the group’s CX and BPO programs and go-to-market offers.
