Stockholm, Sweden—24 June 2024—Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience industry, hosted an event with Women in CX (WiCX), the world’s first online membership community for women in customer experience. This was the first event of its kind in the Nordics, providing a platform for women from some of the region’s top brands to come together, make new connections and gain valuable insights.
“Our partnership represents a shared commitment to empowering women professionals and advancing the CX industry through knowledge-sharing and networking, ”said Clare Muscutt, Founder and CEO of WiCX. “We’re both proud and happy to have created a platform for women to drive meaningful change, and we look forward to returning to the Nordics soon.”.
In front of a sold-out venue in Stockholm, Foundever leaders Maria Harju, EVP of Enterprise Operating Standards and Global Clients; Mariana Diniz, Global Head of Digital Solutions; and Ana Athayde, Global Head of Transformation and Strategy, discussed their career journeys, reflected on emerging trends and technology, and underscored the strategy of Foundever to lead industry transformation while fostering an inclusive and transparent work environment.
“These events and partnerships exemplify our steadfast belief in empowering women and driving inclusivity within the CX industry,” said Maria Harju. “Through sharing best practices, networking and discussing our challenges, we can make significant strides in creating a more inclusive and prosperous industry. It was a privilege to engage with so many talented individuals and explore practical applications for our organisations.”
To kick off the event ‘Leading Audaciously in the Age of AI’, Clare Muscutt shared her 15-year journey in the CX sector. Following Clare’s introduction, Stine Ringvig Marsal, CX expert and sociologist, delivered a keynote speech that explored equality from various perspectives and identified untapped future business potentials, arguing that, “The most ambitious approach to customer experience work is aiming to deliver inclusive and accessible customer experiences.”
Building on this robust foundation, Mariana Diniz held a masterclass titled ‘Leveraging AI to Improve the Agent Experience in CX.’ She discussed the significant advancements GenAI has introduced to the CX agent experience, from task automation to performance monitoring. As the adoption of GenAI technologies grows and workers increasingly recognise the benefits, Diniz concluded her session with actionable recommendations for integrating these innovations into workplace practices.
During the panel debate ‘Making Audacious Decisions,’ Maria Harju and Ana Athayde were joined by Karolina Boremalm, H&M’s Global Head of Customer Experience, and Helén Rigamonti, a CX speaker, author, and educator from IHM Business School. The panel provided insights and reflected on approaches to industry evolution and the necessity of aligning clients’ brands and strategies with CX transformation and maintaining operational consistency. As Rigamonti stated, “Why are we doing what we’re doing? We’re doing it to create great customer experiences.”
