Foundever™ donates $6,000 USD to Libraries Without Borders as part of its annual wellness challenge for charity

MIAMI – August 3, 2023 – Foundever™, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, has donated $6,000 USD to international NGO Libraries Without Borders. The initiative is part of the organization’s annual summer challenge for charity by Foundever, run through its EverBetter wellness program. The donation will aid the non-profit’s work to improve accessibility to education and information in communities such as Ukraine, Bangladesh, Senegal and Puerto Rico.

From July 1-31, Foundever team members traveled virtually around the world, collectively taking eco-friendly action by reducing carbon emissions while getting active. Participants were able to track their progress on the United Heroes app and had the opportunity to measure the environmental benefits of these wellness activities.

Through regular challenges, support and resources delivered via the EverBetter program, Foundever has created a global and digital wellbeing community to enable employees to make a real-life difference. By working together, the Foundever team met the second set of goals for this year’s challenge. The points accumulated were then converted into the donation. The team accumulated over 6 million points and added over 3,100 new users to the United Heroes app between June 15 and July 31.
