MIAMI – January 11, 2024 – Foundever™, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, has been named a two-time winner in the 2024 BIG Innovation Awards presented by the Business Intelligence Group (BIG). The company received recognition for the innovation and creativity demonstrated by its EverConnect intranet and its ‘Hot Leads’ solution developed in partnership with its client, France-based Bouygues Telecom, a mobile phone operator, internet service provider and IPTV company.

EverConnect is a Foundever-built, proprietary internal communication and content creation tool (intranet) that enables all 170,000  associates to stay informed and connected across 45 countries. The globally scalable intranet provides a standardized, versatile and secure platform for business-critical and engagement content sharing. The ‘Hot Leads’ solution was developed as an innovative approach to cold calling and telemarketing. Moving beyond a transactional model, it is a regulatory-compliant system that ensures phone numbers are pre-filtered and qualified in real time. The product puts the employee and customer experience front and center, turning ads into interactive experiences that capture a greater level of potential customer insight. This extra level of understanding and accuracy reduces the number of conversational turns required, improves sales efficiency and fosters stronger relationships between businesses and potential customers.
