The Rising Star category recognizes women leaders who are demonstrating exceptional and continuous growth with increasing levels of leadership, responsibility and sphere of impact. She was selected out of 300 finalists – five of which were Foundever leaders showing that the company is a place where women excel in the digital space.

Born in Brazil, Mariana began with the company in 2017 as a Digital Strategist and in 2020 she was promoted to the Director of Digital and Learning Delivery for LATAM. In 2021, she was promoted to Global Head of Digital Solutions for the organization. Overall, she has 20+ years of experience working in digital and managing international teams.
