Foundever® Wins 6 Awards at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2023

After being named a 10-time finalist, the global CX leader was awarded 1 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze awards.

Paris – November 22, 2023 – Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, is delighted to announce that it was awarded in six categories at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) 2023. The in-person award ceremony, which took place on Tuesday November 21, was hosted by renowned British journalist and TV presenter Fiona Bruce, with a surprise appearance from The Fizz, made up of three founding members of Bucks Fizz, presenting the awards.

The continued innovation demonstrated by Foundever within the CX sector saw the company receive 10 nominations over eight categories spanning across operational excellence, employee experience and customer experience. On the night, Foundever was awarded in the following categories:

  • Gold – Foundever in Barcelona – Best New  Customer Contact Operation
  • Silver – Foundever & Fiverr – Best BPO Partnership
  • Silver – Foundever & Bouygues Telecom – Best Innovation in Customer Service
  • Bronze – Foundever Employee Experience – Best Employee Experience
  • Bronze – Foundever & European healthcare provider – Best Pan-European Contact Centre Operation
  • Bronze – Foundever & Sony Consumer (Cairo) – Best Customer Service Into Europe

The company was also congratulated for being selected as a finalist in the following categories:

  • Foundever & Virgin Media O2 – Best BPO Partnership – Finalist
  • Foundever & Lexmark – Best BPO Partnership – Finalist
  • Foundever & Philips – Best Customer Experience Redesign – Finalist
  • Foundever & PayPal – Most Effective Learning & Development Programme – Finalist
