Miami – January 31, 2023 —Sitel Group®, one of the largest global providers of customer experience (CX) products and solutions, has been named a Zendesk Partner Awards winner. The annual honor showcases leading businesses around the world who demonstrate outstanding results in innovation, expansion, growth and implementation. Sitel Group was awarded as the BPO of the Year.

With more than 3,500 partners in their global ecosystem, the winners highlight 2022’s best examples of delivering exceptional customer experiences using Zendesk products and solutions. Winners are selected by a judging panel and based on data including sales achievement, performance and innovation.
