Foundever® to Launch Multilingual Hub in Malaysia in 2024

The global CX leader plans to hire 100 positions in Malaysia in 2024 to support client growth and cater to a diverse range of languages

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – April 10, 2024 – Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, announced today that it will open its first location in Malaysia and first multilingual hub in Southeast Asia. With operations planned to begin later in 2024, the expansion into Malaysia marks a significant milestone in the company’s mission to provide digital-first CX solutions and multilingual support in a diverse range of languages and cultural affinities to clients across the globe from one of the company’s fastest-growing regions.

The new hub will initially operate with a hybrid model, supporting remote work alongside a co-working space in Kuala Lumpur until a permanent brick-and-mortar site is established. This strategic approach reflects the company’s commitment to adaptability and responsiveness to changing work dynamics.

One of the key highlights of the Foundever hub in Malaysia is its multilingual support, catering to a diverse range of languages spoken across Southeast Asia. English, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia and Arabic are among the languages that will be supported from the location.
