MIAMI – June 16, 2026 – Foundever® today announced that its HITRUST-certified OneTeam application will operate under a new name: OneTeam d/b/a EverTeam (doing business as EverTeam), effective immediately.
The evolution reflects Foundever’s continued advancement of its digital ecosystem and reinforces alignment with the broader Evertech platform strategy. EverTeam carries forward the same trusted functionality, security standards, and user experience that teams and clients rely on today — with nothing changing beneath the surface.
EverTeam continues to deliver secure, scalable collaboration and workforce engagement capabilities, backed by HITRUST certification, ensuring the highest standards of information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The name change does not impact system access, data handling, certifications, or contractual obligations.

What Users Can Expect
Existing users will see no disruption to their workflows, integrations, access rights, or compliance commitments. The update is limited to the application name, which will be reflected progressively across communications, documentation, and in-application references through Q3 2026. No action is required from users at this time.
For ongoing updates, users are encouraged to monitor communications through standard Foundever change management channels.
