Olivier Camino is Co-founder and the Chief Strategy Officer at Foundever®, where he leads the company’s customer advocacy efforts and drives influence across strategic client accounts and enterprise-wide deals. In this role, Olivier works closely with the global leadership team and CEO to accelerate C-level relationships, enhance client impact and support the company’s transformation into a truly global, tech-enabled customer experience leader.
Previously, Olivier served as global Chief Operations Officer (COO), overseeing the company’s global operations and driving investments in innovative AI solutions that enhance service offerings. He continues to champion operational excellence, integrating advanced AI tools to optimize and innovate customer interactions while maintaining a robust, proven global operating model.
Understanding that the employee experience is synonymous with the customer experience, Olivier is passionate about empowering associates to develop and thrive, collaborating closely with regional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality operations across all markets.
Olivier also serves as President of Foundever.org, the company’s nonprofit foundation dedicated to the #CXforGood movement, which provides educational programs to prepare untapped talent in underserved communities for employment opportunities.
A pioneer in the industry, Olivier co-founded Groupe Acticall in France over 20 years ago and has played a central role in building high-performing operational teams and driving business growth. He also mentors aspiring entrepreneurs through Ashoka and Simplon, supporting innovative social solutions and promoting inclusion in the digital sector.
A strong advocate for education, Olivier and his wife co-founded Fondation Altitudes, overseen by Caritas France, to empower children to succeed academically.
Olivier graduated from SKEMA Business School Sophia Antipolis in France and currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the U.S. SKEMA Foundation.
