Chandra brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience spanning technology, operations and digital transformation. His career has been defined by building and scaling large, multi-country technology organizations, with deep expertise in enterprise platforms, information security and AI-driven innovation.
Before joining Foundever, Chandra served as CIO at TaskUs, TTEC and Convergys, where he supported workforces of up to 130,000 employees across more than 40 countries. Throughout these roles, he led the development of global innovation centers, managed complex integrations and acquisitions, strengthened system reliability and delivered meaningful cost efficiencies — all while maintaining a strong focus on security and operational excellence.
Chandra’s global perspective has been shaped by years of close collaboration with teams across North America, Europe and Asia, giving him a nuanced understanding of the operational and cultural dynamics that drive performance at scale.
