As Interim Chief Executive Officer at Foundever®, Benoît Leclercq brings more than 20 years of international business, investment and operational experience — and a deep, long-standing connection to the company he now leads.
An entrepreneur and member of the Mulliez family, Benoît has spent his career working alongside founders, entrepreneurs and leadership teams to help companies grow, transform and create lasting value. His international trajectory has taken him across Europe, the United States and China, where he built expertise spanning investment, business development and operational leadership. He also owns and leads a textile manufacturing and distribution company in the United States, specializing in high-end upholstery fabrics — a reflection of his hands-on entrepreneurial spirit.
Benoît previously served as Chairman of Creadev, the Mulliez family investment company. He joined Foundever’s Board of Directors in 2020 and has served as Chairman of the Strategic Committee since 2023 — roles through which he has worked closely with the leadership teams who have shaped Foundever’s growth and transformation in recent years.
That proximity to the business has given Benoît a genuine appreciation for what makes Foundever distinctive: its entrepreneurial culture, its strong client partnerships and the talent, dedication and resilience of its teams around the world. As a long-term shareholder, he brings not only strategic perspective but a firm belief in the company’s future and its people.
Benoît holds a degree in International Finance and Marketing from the University of London and a Master’s degree from ESC Reims. His global experience across three continents, combined with his entrepreneurial and governance background, brings a uniquely grounded perspective to Foundever’s next chapter.
