Benedita Miranda is the General Manager for the Multilingual Region (Portugal, Italy, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, Egypt, Romania, Hungary, Poland and Serbia) at Foundever™ where she is responsible for a team of +10,000 associates across the eight markets under her leadership.
Benedita’s professional career in the customer experience (CX) industry began more than 20 years ago. Since joining Foundever, in 2010, as site director, her progression has been exponential. In 2013, she was named Country Manager for Portugal and in 2015 Italy was added to her scope. In 2021, she was named General Manager of Portugal, Greece and Italy and she assumed her current role in November 2022.
Benedita holds an an MBA from ESADE Business School (Barcelona, Spain), an executive master’s degree in Marketing from Católica Business School (Porto, Portugal) and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Lusíada (Lisbon, Portugal).
