Darryl’s career includes senior executive leadership roles with more than 20 year of experience in global BPO and CX. He served as SVP within the COO organization for Americas and EMEA at TaskUs, as Chief Operating Officer at Everise, as SVP EMEA at Concentrix, and as Managing Director at Capita Business Services — a career trajectory that reflects both the breadth of his experience and the trust organizations have placed in his leadership.
Throughout these roles, Darryl has architected global delivery strategies spanning onshore, nearshore and offshore models; led complex mergers and acquisitions with a focus on cultural alignment and leadership integration; and driven organization-wide redesigns that eliminated silos and accelerated performance. He has also served as a primary leader for AI, automation and innovation initiatives — approaching technology as a tool for growth rather than simply cost reduction.
