In addition to being a Founder, Laurent Uberti is the Group CEO and Executive Chairman of Foundever, where he guides the company’s strategic vision and growth. As Group CEO and Executive Chairman, Laurent plays a key role in shaping the company’s transformation into a global, technology-driven customer experience (CX) leader, working closely with the CEO and global leadership team to drive enterprise-wide value, agility and innovation.
In 2023, following the acquisition of Sykes Enterprises, Inc. in 2021, the company was rebranded as Foundever, marking a pivotal chapter in its evolution and reinforcing its commitment to integrating advanced AI solutions into its service offerings. Laurent’s leadership has been instrumental in transitioning Foundever from a regionally led BPO provider to a truly global partner, delivering seamless, high-impact CX solutions to over 800 clients worldwide.
Laurent co-founded Groupe Acticall in 1994, and under his leadership, the company expanded internationally into Africa and Brazil. This entrepreneurial approach led to the creation of subsidiaries in IT solutions & applications, digital, consulting, and training. The acquisition of Sitel in 2016 further accelerated the growth and global footprint of Foundever.
Beyond his operational leadership, Laurent served as President of the French Contact Center Professional Association for nearly a decade.
Laurent holds a degree from SKEMA Business School in France. His visionary leadership, commitment to innovation, and focus on people continue to drive Foundever’s mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences through a blend of human expertise and advanced technology.
