At Foundever, Michelle Parks serves as the CEO – U.S. market, the organization’s largest and most impactful geographic region which encompasses North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Michelle leverages her considerable background to lead diverse, cross-functional teams while balancing the needs of the people, clients and financial health of Foundever. During her seven years with the company, she has a proven track record of bringing strong teams together by supporting and empowering her leaders. Her strategic vision and ability to drive change positions Michelle to help shape the market for Foundever as the company delivers next-generation customer engagement and critical business outcomes for its clients.
Previously, Michelle served as Chief Client Officer for the U.S. market at Foundever as well as COO – North America where she was responsible for leading the Account Management organization for the U.S. market and for business operations and +20,000 employees in Canada and the United States. She oversaw operational support functions, including Human Resources, Training, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, Workforce Management, Reporting and Talent Acquisition.
Prior to this role, Michelle was SVP of Client and Operations Management for SYKES. Accountable for eight sites and 10 clients in North America, Michelle’s strategic leadership drove operations and innovation efficiency. Michelle began her career with SYKES, now part of Foundever, in 2016 as the Senior Director of Strategic Client Management and Area Operations, making immediate impacts and driving financial and process improvements.
Before joining the now Foundever organization, Michelle began her career in the CX industry in 1998 as an agent within Capital One. She then spent 18 years within this Fortune 100 organization where she honed her leadership, business strategy, and CX skills holding various roles within the organization. Prior, Michelle was a full-time student at her alma mater, Virginia Commonwealth University, pursuing a career in Nursing.
Michelle resides in Midlothian, Virginia, with her husband and four children.
