Maria Harju serves as EVP, Enterprise Operating Standards & Global Clients, where she oversees the Operational Delivery for all Global Clients and also spearheads critical functions related to Enterprise Operating Standards and ways of working. This encompasses pivotal areas such as Operational Delivery, PeakOS (proprietary global operating standards at Foundever), the Project Management Organization (PMO), Operational Audit, Revenue Operations Playbooks and the systems, solutions, knowledge management and learning supporting each of these functions.
This strategic appointment reflects a commitment from Foundever to excellence in delivering best-in-class CX solutions for its global clientele and positions Maria as a key architect in the company’s continued growth.
Prior to this role, Maria served as Chief Revenue Officer – EMEA & Global Accounts, where she led the Sales, Solutions, Pricing and Account Management teams, contributing significantly to the winning, management and growth of multilingual logos for the group.
Maria is an 18-year veteran of Foundever and has held various roles during her tenure in Account Management, Account Operations and transformation. Maria is based in Belgium.
