Michelle Parks serves as Chief Client Officer for the U.S. market at Foundever as well as COO – North America. In this role, Michelle is responsible leadleading the Account Management organization for the U.S. market and for business operations and +20,000 employees in Canada and the United States. She oversees operational support functions, including Human Resources, Training, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, Workforce Management, Reporting and Talent Acquisition.
Prior to this role, Michelle was SVP of Client and Operations Management for SYKES. Accountable for eight sites and 10 clients in North America, Michelle’s strategic leadership drove operations and innovation efficiency. Michelle began her career with SYKES, now part of Foundever, in 2016 as the Senior Director of Strategic Client Management and Area Operations, making immediate impacts and driving financial and process improvements.
Before joining SYKES, Michelle was a full-time student at her alma mater, Virginia Commonwealth University, pursuing a career in Nursing. While attending VCU, Michelle accepted an outbound collections call center role at Capital One, which led to a successful 18-year career in business process outsourcing.
Michelle resides in Midlothian, Virginia, with her husband and four children.
