Anssi Korhonen is the General Manager for Foundever® in the Nordics, overseeing operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the Netherlands. With a strong background in customer experience management and operational excellence, Anssi is dedicated to driving business transformation.
With over two decades in the customer experience industry, Anssi has held leadership roles at Foundever (formerly Sitel Group), Volvo Car Corporation, SYKES and Teleperformance. As Senior Director of Global Operations at Foundever, he focused on revenue growth and performance optimization while enhancing both customer and employee experiences.
Earlier in his career, he worked on key assignments that improved customer experience operations, successfully launched new service centers, and executed initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Anssi holds degrees in Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Marketing.
