Our path to operational net zero with near-term goals validated by SBTi
Foundever aims for the following near-term goals:
- Reduction of scope 1 and scope 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions: Reduction of absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 54.6% by 2033 from a 2023 base year.
- Reduction of scope 3 emissions: Reduction of scope 3 GHG emissions by 61.1% per million EUR value added within the same timeframe
- Net-zero commitment: Achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050


Business resilience to climate change
Foundever is adopting a risk-based strategy to enhance our preparedness and response to climate change impacts, ensuring long-term sustainability and resilience. By 2028, all Foundever locations will have completed a Climate Scenario Risk Analysis.
eNPS
We recognize that our associates bring valuable expertise from their personal experiences, and we greatly appreciate their feedback and insights gathered through our annual survey. We aim to achieve a participation rate exceeding 80% in these surveys, ensuring that every employee’s voice is heard. Engaged employees are typically more motivated and committed to their work. By setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for employee feedback surveys, we can cultivate a more engaged, satisfied and productive workforce.

EverBetter is a global digital community that inspires individuals to take charge of their well-being by making #OneSmallChange—simple, achievable actions that lead to healthier choices and a happier body and mind. To foster meaningful engagement and lasting impact, we’ve set a monthly participation goal of 30% for 2025, encouraging consistent involvement and personal growth.
