Comparably’s annual Best Global Company Culture list highlights the highest-rated workplace cultures of large companies (more than 500 employees) with an international footprint. Ratings are derived from current employes who provided anonymous feedback on Comparably.com within the past 12 months. Nearly 20 different workplace culture categories were measured, from compensation, leadership and work-life balance to professional development opportunities, and perks and benefits. All ratings were provided from March 2021 through March 2022, making this list especially relevant for job seekers looking for opportunities to work in different international locations during a time when flexible and remote work are more desired than ever.
Best Company Outlook
Ranked No. 19, Sitel Group is among the highest-rated organizations with the Best Company Outlook in 2022, according to anonymous employee feedback submitted to Comparably.com over the past 12 months. Rankings are derived from sentiment ratings provided by current employees about how confident they feel about the future success of their company and how likely they are to recommend working there to a friend (referred to as an eNPS or employee Net Promoter Score).
