Foundever in India was named the ‘Most Preferred Workplace’ for 2023-2024 by Marksmen Daily. The IT/ITES edition of Most Preferred Workplace 2023-24, held on 29 November in Mumbai, was an exclusive industry platform sponsored by Team Marksmen Network and powered by Marksmen Daily and included an array of industry experts and leaders to shed light on how to lead the way on creating a workplace that inspires, and to be at the vanguard of change. Foundever in France was awarded in The Gamechanger category in Centrical’s 2023 Select Awards. This category represents a team who has implemented a unique gamification strategy to drive desirable employee behaviors and sustain engagement over time. Foundever in France has successfully deployed a one-of-a-kind experience that is truly out of this world. They combined the powers of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation with creative game dynamics and mechanics – all of which helped employees to stay engaged, drive long-lasting behavioral changes and performance outcomes. Foundever in France embarked on a journey of transformation with the introduction of Centrical.
