Benedita’s leadership has been instrumental in the company’s growth since she joined in 2010. As General Manager of Portugal, she achieved a 20-fold increase in both revenue and workforce. Today, she leads the Multilingual Region, which spans 10 countries (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Egypt, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary and Serbia). Under her leadership, the business has consistently achieved growth, and in 50% of the countries she oversees, women hold key management roles.
