Foundever® Announces Organizational Promotions and Expanded Roles to Continue Evolution of CX Transformation, Innovation and Technology

Ana Athayde is stepping into the role of Global Head of Transformation & Strategy along with Jason Skaria expanding his role as Chief Information Officer by taking on partnerships and alliances

MIAMI – April 4, 2024– Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, today announced that Ana Athayde has been promoted to Global Head of Transformation & Strategy, where she will be closely supported by John Cartwright in Transformation and Design Program Management. In addition, Jason Skaria, Foundever’s Global Chief Information Officer, will now also be responsible for alliances and partnerships across the enterprise and continue to report to David Slaviero, Chief Digital & Technology Officer.

These appointments are a result of ongoing investments in technology and continuous improvement to help Foundever support business and client transformation. This builds on a deep knowledge of operations to place technology at the center of customer experience to support stronger relationships between brands and their customers and will be instrumental during this period of evolution amidst the launch of a brand-new operating model for the business.

In this new role, Ana will support the company’s ongoing business evolution to advance the technological capabilities of Foundever and better support its clients by bringing people, processes and technology together. Previously, Ana served as Global Head of CX Technology and General Manager for innso. Prior to joining Foundever, Ana founded and managed Spotter, a successful international media monitoring and analysis solutions company, which she sold to Akio in 2014.

Jason joined Foundever in 2019 and has been responsible for Global Information Technology including Infrastructure and Operations, Site Support, Shared Services & Enterprise Applications across the enterprise. Jason has over two decades of experience including senior IT roles at Donnelley Financial Solutions, Trustwave, ADP, AT&T Solutions, Tribune Company, and GMAC-RFC.
