Out of tens of thousands considered, Sitel Group and its CEO Laurent Uberti were honored for Best Company Culture, Best CEO, Best Company for Women and Best Company for Diversity. These awards come after Sitel Group won three Comparably Awards in Q2 that recognized large and small companies that are implementing positive culture changes within their organization.
This season’s awards highlighted the best CEOs and places to work according to sentiment feedback from employees who anonymously rate their employers on Comparably.com over a 12-month period. Each list was ranked and segmented by two size buckets: large and small/medium companies.

The Comparably Awards is an annual series launched in 2017 highlighting the best CEOs and places to work according to sentiment feedback from employees who anonymously rate their employers on Comparably.com. Workers are asked structured questions (in yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, multiple-choice formats) spanning 16 different workplace topics (from compensation, perks, and benefits to work-life balance, career growth, and leadership), then each answer is given a numerical score and compared to companies of similar size.
