MIAMI – September 23, 2024 – Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, announced today that Daren Gonzalez has joined the company as Chief Sales Officer for the U.S. Market.

Daren joins Foundever with a diverse background spanning 19 years in senior sales and marketing leadership roles within large and mid-size technology companies. His career is marked by transformative achievements in private equity environments, demonstrating expertise in accelerating revenue growth, leading cross-functional teams, and creating impactful go-to-market strategies.

Before joining Foundever, Daren held key positions at notable organizations such as Alvaria, Interactions, Avaya, and Arise. As Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Alvaria, a leader in Workforce Engagement Management solutions, he successfully led global sales and solution consulting. Prior to that, he was the Chief Sales Officer at Interactions, one of the world’s largest standalone conversational AI companies. He was responsible for spearheading their go-to-market strategy and business growth, overseeing all aspects of sales and creating and scaling new strategic partnerships.
