At Foundever, we recognize the importance of listening to workers and engaging in structured dialogue. We maintain formal worker councils in several operations, such as in Germany, and uphold collective bargaining agreements in countries like Finland. These practices reflect our commitment to fair labor standards and proactive workforce engagement.
