LONDON – 15 May 2024 – Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, is thrilled to announce that it is a Platinum Partner of Fintech Week London 2024, the flagship conference that brings together +1000 senior decision makers from leading fintechs, banks, investment firms, regulatory bodies, media companies and service providers. 

As one of the key partners of this year’s event, which will take place on Thursday 13 June at the Park Plaza Victoria in London, Foundever will run a number of high-profile sessions the role of tech-enabled customer service in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector. The company will also co-host a VIP dinner on Monday 10 June.

The BFSI sector is a strategic priority for Foundever, which has a track record of supporting some of the world’s leading fintech companies with driving business transformation through tech-enabled customer experience and acquisition. At Fintech Week London, the company will engage with existing clients and key industry players to explore how to deepen the ties between CX and BFSI and ensure alignment on operational matters and the need to foster diversity and employee satisfaction across both sectors.

Throughout the day on 13 June, Foundever will be running four sessions that are open for all Fintech Week London attendees:

  • Ana Athayde, SVP and Global Head of Transformation & Strategy, will participate on a panel on human-centric financial services, to discuss the role that CX can play in the success of the sector.
  • Steve Gush, SVP and Enterprise Head of Client Solutions, will be giving a keynote speech aiming to inspire ‘soonicorns’ to think about how a partnership with Foundever could be the key to preserving their entrepreneurial spirit
  • Foundever will also be running an interactive session on the 7 Challenges of CX in BFSI, informed by the success programme. This session is designed for established banks and focuses on how they can leverage CX to remain competitive, and will be delivered by James Bedford, CX Transformation Strategy Director for EMEA.
  • Ashley Longman, VP and Head of Solutions for Global Clients, will be running a session on how to outsource for the first time, aiming to support scale-ups in their decision-making as they take their first steps towards potentially working with Foundever.
