During the pandemic, the team focused on giving employees the most positive experience possible.
The result of the GPTW survey will also help Sitel Brazil to better understand employees’ feelings about the work that has been developed, to create new plan of action with the data, supporting future decisions, benchmarking within the market, strengthening employer branding and developing and attracting the best talent to Sitel Brazil.
