BERLIN – January 1, 2025 — Foundever®, a global leader in customer experience (CX), announced today that Kalin Kunev is the new General Manager for Foundever in Germany & Turkiye, effective January 1, 2025. Kalin takes over from Christian Sajons, who has left the organization to pursue other opportunities after a 10-year tenure.
Kalin brings extensive international expertise in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector to his new role. As Managing Director, he is responsible for the strategic development of the markets in Germany and Turkey. Kalin has been with Foundever for 15 years, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Account Management, where he successfully developed global client strategies and built long-term partnerships.
