Foundever® Secures SBTi Approval & Validation for Ambitious Near-term Climate Targets by 2033

MIAMI and PARIS – July 8, 2025 – Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, today announced an important milestone with the official validation of our near-term targets by the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi), a corporate climate action organization that enables companies and financial institutions worldwide to play their part in combating the climate crisis. Foundever has committed to ambitious environmental goals which are aligned with the latest scientific standards set by SBTi. This validation is a critical part of this process, safeguarding the integrity of targets and ensuring they meet rigorous evaluation criteria. 

SBTi approval illustrates that the Foundever near-term climate goals align with the SBTi Corporate Net-Zero Standard, strengthening its commitment to meaningful climate action. In its role as a corporate climate action organization, the SBTi helps companies worldwide set science-based emissions reduction targets in line with what is needed to keep global heating below catastrophic levels. 

Foundever aims for the following near-term goals:

  1. Reduction of scope 1 and scope 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions: Reduction of absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 54.6% by 2033 from a 2023 base year. 
  2. Reduction of scope 3 emissions: Reduction of scope 3 GHG emissions by 61.1% per million EUR value added within the same timeframe.
  3. Net-zero commitment: Achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 with the goal of reducing the emissions to the lowest possible levels and balance the remaining levels with compensation, ensuring no net increase in atmospheric greenhouse gas levels.

In the company’s Global Reduction Plan, Foundever outlined key initiatives that reinforce our strategy and approach towards these targets. Initiatives such as the implementation of renewable energy sources within our key operational facilities. Further enhancement of sustainable sourcing with the outlook towards products and services with proven environmental benefits and the deployment of key certifications such as ISO 14001 (environmental management system), ISO 50001 (energy management system) and ISO 14044 (life cycle assessment) across the global organization.
