MIAMI – September 18, 2025Foundever®, a global leader in integrated customer experience (CX), digital operations and analytics services, today announced a series of strategic leadership changes designed to accelerate transformation and enhance its ability to deliver value to clients worldwide.

Chris Halbard, who joined the company in January 2025 as CEO of the EMEA Market, has been appointed CEO of Foundever. Chris is an experienced leader in business transformation and global operations who will guide Foundever into its next phase of growth. He will report directly to company co-founder Laurent Uberti, who will continue to act in the roles of Group CEO and Executive Chairman.

In this role, Olivier will focus on customer advocacy, strengthening strategic client relationships and supporting global market teams to drive enterprise growth.

Michelle Parks has been appointed Global COO, overseeing global operations delivery, ensuring CX excellence, performance consistency and closer collaboration with regional leaders across the company’s global footprint.
