Steve Stinson is the Head of the Transformation Office at Foundever®, where he leads global transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence, digital innovation, and strategic program delivery across complex environments. In this role, Steve is responsible for aligning and executing transformative initiatives that enhance client service delivery and operational performance at an enterprise scale.
A seasoned transformation leader, Steve brings extensive experience from the insurance and financial services sectors. Most recently, he served as Head of Transformation Programs at Velonetic, overseeing the Blueprint Two program, including program planning, governance, risk and assurance, business readiness, cutover planning, and end-to-end program testing. Prior to that, he held multiple senior transformation and operations roles at Chubb, leading EMEA digital transformation initiatives, European core system deployments, Brexit operations, and Shared Service Center teams across Continental Europe and the U.K.
Steve began his career in operations management at CSC UKI (Xchanging) and Aon Benfield, gaining expertise in reinsurance, claims management, and client relationship management. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to bridge strategy and execution, delivering measurable results in business readiness, process optimization, and digital transformation.
