Before joining the organization in 2018, Laurent held key leadership roles at several global companies, including Bull, Alcatel Lucent, Genesys, COPC and Aspect, where he played an influential role in optimizing customer engagement strategies and enhancing business performance.
Laurent holds a Business Administration degree from IESEG School of Business & Management in France. With his deep industry knowledge and leadership, Laurent continues to shape the company’s success in Brazil, driving innovation and high-impact customer experience solutions.
