As General Manager – Spain and COO – EMEA at Foundever®, Benedita Miranda oversees the operational management of Spain and all near/offshore locations across the EMEA region, ensuring consistency and efficiency across these key delivery hubs. Benedita also spearheads the development of “Centers of Excellence” for Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement and Workforce Management to drive innovation and operational effectiveness in the region.
Alongside her current role, Benedita serves as Executive Director at Foundever.org, whose mission is to connect talents with opportunities through impact sourcing, focusing on uplifting individuals from low-income and distressed communities.
Benedita’s industry expertise spans over 20 years. Since joining Foundever in 2010 as a site director, she has taken on progressively larger leadership roles. Her journey includes serving as Country Manager for Portugal in 2013, expanding her scope to Italy in 2015 and later being named General Manager for Portugal, Greece and Italy in 2021. In 2022, she assumed leadership of the Multilingual Region, overseeing operations in 10 countries.
Benedita holds an MBA from ESADE Business School, an executive master’s degree in Marketing from Católica Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Lusíada.
Her passion for operational excellence and strategic leadership continue to play a vital role in strengthening the company’s nearshore and offshore capabilities.
