Growing to meet client needs

Recently, Michelle Parks, Chief Operating Officer at Foundever, along with the leadership team at Foundever in India, inaugurated four new sites across Hyderabad and Mumbai to expand capacity and strengthen capabilities.

Hyderabad:

  • One new +300-seat facility at our current site in Hyderabad — new floor added.
  • Ground floor at Cyber Pearl — newly constructed.
  • Second floor at Cyber Pearl — fully rebuilt to enhance workspace design and efficiency.

Mumbai:

  • Two new sites, including a +1,000-seat facility to support growing client operations.

These sites support the delivery of customer experiences at scale, enabling long-term client operations to run smoothly. With 10 CX hubs across four locations (Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurugram and Chennai) the India network provides a stable foundation for both international and domestic client services.
