Daren Gonzalez serves as the global Chief Sales Officer for Foundever, bringing more than 20 years of senior sales and marketing leadership experience across large and mid-size technology companies. In this role, Daren is responsible for leading global sales initiatives and driving strategic growth opportunities during a transformative period for the business.

Throughout his career, Daren has built a reputation for accelerating revenue growth, optimizing go-to-market strategies and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams. He has a proven track record of driving organizational change and delivering measurable results, including growing a private equity-backed company by 56% as Chief Revenue Officer at Arise, and implementing sales process transformations that produced double-digit revenue growth and improved profitability at Avaya and other organizations.

Prior to joining Foundever, Daren held senior roles at Alvaria, Interactions, Avaya and Arise. At Alvaria, he led global sales and solution consulting while driving a talent transformation plan to support growth. At Interactions, he served as Chief Sales Officer, overseeing sales and leading go-to-market strategy and strategic partnerships.
