Better employee wellbeing with EverBetter
Connecting our team through a global and digital wellbeing community – via wellbeing missions, support and resources – we encourage our people to be #EverBetter. Committed to investing in the health and wellbeing of our teams, EverBetter at Foundever supports healthier choices for a happier body and mind through simple, achievable change.
Encouraging movement and fitness, we organize challenges and provide our associates with resources on physical fitness, workout routines and practical advice on how to include more movement into their daily life. Tracked within our global EverBetter platform, our teams engaged in an equivalent of +40 million miles of activity in 2022.
Supporting better nutritional choices, we share articles and help guides, along with nutritional support provided via expert webinars. Connected globally, our team engage and share ideas, recipes and cooking tips across our digital community platform.
With toolkits, expert webinars, articles and resources, we support our employees in living well across diverse topics including work-life balance, stress reduction, mindfulness and mental health. In 2021 and 2022, we also engaged employees via our annual wellbeing survey to help shape future support and activities within our EverBetter program.
Through regular challenges, our employees make an impact and give back as part of their wellbeing mission. Whether participating in annual charity challenges, or locally in environmental actions such as plogging, our teams combine wellbeing activities with actions to make a difference in the world in which we live and work.
Creative workplaces with Conversation at HeART
Globally, we celebrate our associates and the creativity of our culture through monumental artwork in many of our locations.
Creating creative dialogue between our associates and local artists, we support non-traditional, creative talent in the communities in which we work. As part of the program, we develop curiosity about contemporary arts and the artists’ creative process, while creating surprising environments to be the home for the best talent and the world’s most innovative brands.
