MIAMI – January 30, 2025 – Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, today announced the appointment of Mike Corrigan as Chief Operating Officer – Americas. In this expanded role, Mike will oversee all operational delivery across North and Latin America, including operations in Canada, United States, Mexico, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia and Peru.

With more than three decades of experience in the customer experience industry, Mike brings extensive operational leadership expertise to this role. His track record includes successfully managing large-scale operations and driving significant business growth, having previously led organizations with P&L responsibility exceeding $700 million.

In his new position, Mike will focus on strengthening the company’s operational capabilities across the Americas region, with particular emphasis on developing regional operational strategies, enhancing efficiency and profitability, and ensuring excellence in service delivery. He will oversee all operational processes and procedures, working to continuously adapt and optimize CX delivery to our clients, promoting business growth and people investment.
