Cookie Policy
This cookie policy is also available in Chinese.
1. Scope
This cookie policy (“Policy”) describes the use and disclosure of cookies by Foundever® or its parent, sibling, subsidiaries, or affiliate companies, (“Foundever”, “We”) when you use web sites operated by Foundever that link to this Policy (the “Sites”) and the services associated with or set forth in the Sites. Please take a moment to read this Policy to learn more about our cookie practices. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Website Privacy Notice and general Terms of Use.
2. Use of Cookies
The Sites may use cookies. A cookie is a piece of data (or other similar technology like a web beacon, locally stored object, or pixel tag) that records your preferences and data about your visit to the Sites. Cookies contain a unique string of characters, allowing a website to distinguish your device from other users. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of a site. Most internet browsers allow you to erase cookies, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. If you block cookies some portions of the Sites may not function properly, and some features of the Sites may be slow or less efficient. The Sites also allow you to specify your cookie preferences on your first visit, providing a means to protect your information while enabling the Sites to still function. We may also remind you about our use of cookies and ask you to reconfirm your consent to cookies when you register for certain services or activate a certain function on the Site that relies on the use of cookies.
We use cookies to enable you to navigate between pages and to generally improve your user experience. We also use cookies to analyze how users interact with the Sites, to enable you to share content using social media, and to provide you with embedded content from third parties such as maps of our offices or videos from our YouTube channel. We also sometimes use cookie-type technologies in emails to identify how users come to the Sites so that we can evaluate and measure the effectiveness of our email marketing.
We may combine information collected via cookies with your Personal Data to derive statistical information about visitors to the Sites. Where the Sites use third-party cookies, we encourage you to check with the relevant third party about their own separate cookie policies.
The cookies that we currently use on the Site are summarized in detail below. Foundever uses several types of cookies: Necessary, Statistics, and Marketing. We recommend that you read this Policy so that you are aware of how we use cookies and can take steps to reject or delete them if you do not agree to them being used.
