As Head of Internal Audit at Foundever®, Céline Carcy leads the independent, objective assurance function that evaluates and strengthens the company’s risk management, control and governance processes. Reporting to Group CEO & Executive Chairman Laurent Uberti, she partners with the board and senior management to identify and assess risks, ensure compliance with laws and internal policies, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and safeguard organizational value.
She has been with the company since 2003, where she served as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2003 to 2015. During her tenure with the company, she’s participated in transformation projects of the group in growing from $12 million in revenue to over $4 billion in revenue.
Céline holds a degree in Financial Studies from Paris Dauphine.
