This is the privacy statement of Foundever which currently covers the following legal entities’ operations in Canada:
Foundever Assistance Services Corporation
Foundever Teleservices Canada Inc.
Collectively and separately referred to as “Foundever”.
For services provided within Canada, Foundever is bound by the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of 2000 (“PIPEDA”). We collect, use and disclose personal information to operate our business and as required by law. This Privacy Policy does not cover personal information collected by Foundever that is exempted under PIPEDA. This privacy policy applies to all personal information received by us in any format, including electronic, paper, or oral. Please take a moment to read this Policy to learn more about our information practices. This privacy policy also applies when you use websites operated by Foundever that link to this Statement (the “Sites”) and the services associated with or set forth in the Sites.
Collection Of Personal Information

Foundever will only retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide you with the services you have engaged with us to provide, or as is legally required and permitted.

Your personal information may be stored and processed at our corporate offices in the U.S. or with our parent, sibling or affiliated group companies worldwide, or with approved third parties within the U.S. or elsewhere. Foundever does not sell data collected to any third party and will only transfer your data:

- To parent, sibling, or affiliate companies within the Foundever; or
- To designated third parties as defined within this policy or within our cookie consent policy
We may be liable in cases of onward transfers to third parties without your permission as defined above.

Foundever has official pages on social media services including but not limited to Facebook and LinkedIn. When you interact with us on these pages or elsewhere on social media, we may collect information such as your likes, interests, feedback, and preferences. We may collect additional information from social media companies if you choose to share with them and they, in turn, share such information with us.
Any posts you make on our official social media pages – including posts that contain pictures, comments, suggestions, opinions, complaints, or personal information – are available to others who use those pages. Never include sensitive personal, financial, or other confidential information such as your Social Security number, account number, phone number, mailing address, or email address when posting or commenting online. Please refer to the privacy policies of our social media partners when you interact with them online.
Use Of Cookies, Ip Addresses, and Web Beacons

Foundever remains responsible for personal information in our possession or custody, as well as personal information transferred to a third party for processing. Foundever has appointed a Data Privacy Officer who is responsible for ensuring that we comply with this Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Foundever commits to resolve any complains about our collection or use of your personal information. Foundever is committed to maintaining the accuracy of the data it collects. Foundever allows an individual access to the personal information we hold and allows the individual the right to correct, amend, or delete such information.
