Chris Halbard joined Foundever® in 2025 as CEO – EMEA Market, leading the region’s strategy to drive growth, enhance profitability and strengthen business transformation. Chris plays a key role in aligning EMEA operations with the company’s global vision.
Before joining Foundever, Chris was CEO at Velonetic, where he led the company’s rebranding and digital evolution. Previously, as President of the EMEA region for DXC Technology, he managed a team of 40,000 through restructuring and operational improvements. His career also includes senior leadership roles at BT Global Services, Accenture and Lucent Technologies, bringing over three decades of experience in business transformation and performance optimisation.
Chris holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from The University of Sheffield. His expertise and leadership continue to drive the success of Foundever, ensuring innovation and excellence across the EMEA market.
