Laurent Delache is COO – Brazil at Foundever. Laurent brings +25 years of experience in customer experience management, IT, business consulting and contact center operations, within multicultural environments and specifically in the telco and financial services industries. Prior to joining Foundever in 2018, he worked for several global organisations, including Bull, Alcatel Lucent, Genesys, COPC and Aspect.
He holds a Business Administration degree from IESEG School of Business & Management in France. Laurent is based out of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
