Foundever® Wins Four Awards at Northern Contact Centre Awards 2025

For the third consecutive year, the global CX leader has been recognised as a winner at the Northern Contact Centre Awards

LONDON – 24 October 2025 – Foundever®, the next-generation service leader reinventing customer experience (CX), announced today that it has received the following awards at the Northern Contact Centre Awards 2025:

  • Contact Centre of the Year – Foundever UK
  • Best Outsourced Partnership – National Trust & Foundever
  • Best Transformation Programme – EverConnect
  • Most Effective Improvement Initiative – Customer Success Team

This is the third consecutive year Foundever has been recognised as a winner at the Northern Contact Centre Awards.

The awards were announced at the Northern Contact Centre Awards Dinner on Thursday, 23 October 2025 in Manchester.
