LONDON – 19 September 2024 – Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, announced today that Davinder “Dee” Walia has joined Foundever as VP, Talent Acquisition, leading the Enterprise Talent Acquisition (TA) team to develop, implement and embed TA strategies, guidelines and tools that will ensure we are able to attract and hire the best talent.
Davinder Walia is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with over 20 years’ experience driving recruitment strategies across diverse industries including fintech, financial services and technology and is well positioned to lead our TA needs as we transform and build essential new skills and capabilities to support our new operating model. She joins Foundever after serving as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition & DE&I Strategy at a unicorn fintech, where she played a key role in doubling the organisation’s growth and expanding into new regions.
Throughout her career, Davinder has consistently delivered results by implementing innovative talent frameworks, enhancing employer branding and executing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her ability to lead teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence organisational strategy has made her a vital contributor to the growth and success of her previous organisations.
Based just outside of London, Davinder holds a Double Major BA (Hons) in Law and Human Resources from Middlesex Business School and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The College of Law London. She is also a mentor for the Young Professionals Council and several technology-focussed round tables at ADA College. She has also been a champion and leader of several women’s groups, demonstrating her commitment to empowering the next generation of professionals.
