Exeter, England – July 12th, 2023 – We are delighted to share that our colleagues from our South West UK Hub in Exeter & Plymouth have been named best Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year at the 2023 South West Contact Centre Forum Awards.

The team were recognised for our unique culture and commitment to development, where we have clear and structured development initiatives in place for all. The judges specifically noted our determination to developing our client offerings in line with their market requirements, ensuring they receive the best Return on Investment through agile and proactive technology. This point was further underpinned by evidence on the floor of the client campaigns having clear identity and a vibrant culture.
