LIVERPOOL, UK – 14 November, 2024 – Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, is excited to announce the opening of its new contact centre located in Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool. This strategic new location is opening to support their new client, the National Trust, which is Europe’s largest conservation charity, dedicated to preserving historic places and green spaces across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Foundever has onboarded nearly 150 people to work from this new location.

“We are proud to open our new hub in Liverpool, a vibrant city with a unique history and rich cultural heritage which aligns to the legacy of the National Trust,” said Karl Brough, SVP & General Manager of the United Kingdom & South Africa at Foundever. “Liverpool was at the forefront of the industrial revolution and was home to the first intercity railway in the world, and similarly through our operations in the city we hope to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our role at the forefront of the AI revolution. Having this space at Horton House allows us to recruit local talent to deliver best-in-class service for the National Trust, enhancing the experience for their members and visitors.”

Horton House, a landmark 11-storey Grade II listed building situated in the heart of Liverpool’s flourishing business district, offers a modern and inviting workspace that aligns with both company’s commitments to excellence in customer experience. The building, part of the City’s World Heritage Site, features fully serviced offices and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

As part of this new collaboration with the National Trust, Foundever has onboarded nearly 150 employees, including 130 front-line advisers. These professionals will provide a range of services for the National Trust, including customer service, holiday bookings, membership management, back-office processing and event ticketing. This collaboration enhances the National Trust’s ability to serve its members and visitors effectively.

Located just a few minutes’ walk from Liverpool’s central retail area and the impressive waterfront at Albert Dock, Horton House is ideally situated with excellent transport links. About the National Trust

The National Trust is an independent conservation charity founded in 1895 by three people: Octavia Hill, Sir Robert Hunter and Hardwicke Rawnsley, who saw the importance of the nation’s heritage and open spaces and wanted to preserve them for everyone to enjoy. Today, across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, we continue to look after places so people and nature can thrive.

We care for more than 250,000 hectares of countryside, 780 miles of coastline, 1 million collection items and 500 historic properties, gardens and nature reserves. In 2023/24 we received 25 million visitors to our pay for entry sites. The National Trust is for everyone – we were founded for the benefit of the whole nation, and our 5.4 million members, funders and donors, and tens of thousands of volunteers support our work to care for nature, beauty, history for everyone, forever.
