Unlike other awards that primarily depend on survey completion, entrants for the Inspiring Workplaces Awards were required to demonstrate their commitment to investing in their workforce. Each of the six key elements were evaluated independently for special recognition in their respective disciplines. Organisations of varying sizes and across different industries participated in categories defined by their workforce size. The Top 25 winners were selected by an independent panel of expert judges.
