Michelle Parks was appointed global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Foundever® in September 2025 to lead the company’s global operations and drive consistency, excellence and innovation across all regions. She previously served as CEO – U.S. Market, where she led the region’s strategy, operations and client management, overseeing North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific markets.
Since joining Foundever in 2016, Michelle has built and empowered high-performing teams, driving business transformation and delivering strong outcomes for clients. She also served as Chief Client Officer – U.S. Market and COO – North America, overseeing account management, business operations and more than 20,000 employees across Canada and the U.S., while leading key support functions including HR, training, quality, workforce management, and talent acquisition.
Michelle began her CX career in 1998 as an agent at Capital One, progressing through 18 years of leadership roles. She holds a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and initially pursued a career in nursing before transitioning to business.
